~ The Hunt ~
(prices include lodging)
  • Guided hunts - $175 per gun, per day
  • Hunting areas are located between Platte and Mitchell, South Dakota.
  • Preserve Season:
    • Sept. 1st - Mar. 31st
    • Starts at 12:00 noon
  • Allowed three (3) roosters, per hunter, per day
  • Licenses
  • Dogs are welcome
  • Place to clean birds
  • Bird cleaning available
  • Hunting supplies available in the town of Corsica, located about 12 miles from "Double D" Pheasant Acres.

~ Lodging ~

  • Nine (9) twin beds
  • One (1) double bed
  • Linens provided
  • Microwave
  • Refrigerator
  • Bathroom, toilet, sink, tub/shower (linens provided)

~ Other Activities / Facilities ~

  • Duck & dove hunting seasons are open during pheasant hunting season.
  • Limited stakes gambling located about 25 miles away
  • Airport for light planes - Corsica. Transportation available
  • Cabelas -  Mitchell, South Dakota (about 45 miles away).
